Right of return and return instructions

If you are a consumer, i.e. an individual who makes a purchase for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your business or independent professional activity, you are entitled to the right of return described below. This does not apply to goods that have been specially made for you according to individual customer specifications.

2) You can return the received goods without giving any reason within 14 days of their receipt by sending them to the address of Rotho Sp. Z o. o. - ul. Władysława Grabskiego 2, 75-209 Koszalin, using the return form available at www.pl.rotho-shop.com/zwrot.

The complaint will be processed within 14 days.

Effects of return

In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties are refunded. The return of the products is effective only if the goods are sent back to Rotho Sp. Z o. o. in an undamaged condition which does not indicate that the products have been used other than merely to check their properties and functionality. Goods bearing traces of other use beyond the two above-mentioned purposes are not returnable. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out individual goods, which is possible and customary, for example, in a retail shop. Rotho Sp. z o.o. will consider the return and, in the event of a positive decision, will refund the cost within 30 days of receipt of the goods from the customer.
