Marketing and Sales Specialist

Tasks

🔹 Preparing and sending commercial offers to customers

🔹 Establishing contacts (personal, telephone, e-mail) with new and potential clients

🔹 Maintaining contacts with existing clients

🔹 Collecting offers and negotiating with contractors (e.g. advertising agencies)

🔹 Management of promotional activities (organisation of promotional campaigns, selection of promotional gadgets
etc.)

🔹 Creating or co-creating marketing strategies

🔹 Creation of customer demand relevant to the company's offer in cooperation with KAMs

🔹 Continuous offer optimisation in terms of profitability and SKU volumes

🔹 Competitive market analysis, cooperation with research companies

🔹 Prepare sales reports and analyses using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

🔹 Creation and management of a database (price lists, customer data, etc.)

🔹 Participation in official meetings and trade events, fairs.



Requirements

🔹 Education in marketing or related fields.

🔹 Good knowledge of English, additional German would be an asset

🔹 Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint).

🔹 Ability to work in a team,

🔹 Systematic and accurate, communicative, responsible.

🔹 Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions based on the data at hand.

🔹 Communication skills, openness
