Tasks

🔹 formal, accounting verification and posting of received documents

🔹 records of documents related to fixed assets

🔹Accounting and tax (VAT) control of issued sales invoices and sales adjustments (verification of received documents)

🔹 Reconciliation of entries in VAT registers with entries in accounting accounts

🔹 creation and submission of VAT returns, reports for intra-Community deliveries/acquisitions, Intrastat report, CSO reports

🔹 Confirmation and reconciliation of balances with related and unrelated counterparties

🔹 Review of overdue payments and collection procedure

🔹 Implementation of other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

🔹 higher education in economics - specialization in accounting preferred

🔹 knowledge in the area of Polish VAT, CIT and accounting principles, sufficient for preliminary preparation of tax settlements

🔹 basic knowledge of fixed asset valuation

🔹 A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

🔹 good knowledge of MS-Office package - especially Excel

🔹 Good knowledge of OPTIMA software - prerequisite

🔹 good organization of own work, responsibility for assigned tasks

🔹 self-reliance and commitment

🔹 ability to think analytically, accurate and systematic

🔹 high level of personal culture

🔹 good organization of own work, responsibility for assigned tasks

🔹 Knowledge of SAP software welcome

🔹 English or German language skills - prerequisite
